What is Outercourse? 10 Sex Positions to Try

You can still experience pleasure without penetration.

Outercourse is non-penetrative sex that still provides some type of pleasure. It can be used to spice things up in the bedroom. It can also be used if a couple wants to wait for penetrative sex. Regardless of the occasion, outercourse can be fun to experiment with. 

While most of these positions utilize the penis, you can also rub the clitoris against different parts of your partner’s body for stimulation. Here are the different types of outercourse you can try with your partner.

1. Mammary Sex 

Place the penis between the breasts and thrust in and out. Make sure the woman holds her breasts together so that the hole is tight. 

2. Podiary Sex 

Put the soles of your feet together. The arches will create a hole that looks like (). The man will begin to thrust his penis in and out of the hole.

3. Femoral Sex

7. Popliteal Sex

Place the partner’s penis between a semi-bent knee and begin to thrust.

8. Manual Sex

This is just like a handjob. Wrap the palm of the partner’s hand around the penis and move up and down or start to thrust the penis in and out.

9. Digital Sex

Thrust the penis in between your fingers or toes.

10. Naval Sex

Rub the penis against the belly button, or try pushing the head of the penis against the naval.
