The A-Spot: Elevate Your Pleasure with Stimulation

If you’ve never had a vaginal orgasm, you may need your A-spot stimulated.

The A-Spot is the Anterior Fornix Erogenous Zone. It is known to increase vaginal lubrication and lead to powerful orgasms. It is a zone of pleasure, typically 4-6 inches inside the vaginal wall between the G-spot and the cervix. Since everyone is different, this stimulation may not be pleasurable for some women because it does require deep penetration, but many enjoy it.

How to Stimulate It: Insert a toy (or engage in penetration) about 4 inches into the vagina. As you insert, stay along the vaginal wall closest to your navel. You don’t want to hit the cervix. Begin stroking it gently and continuously. You should begin to feel intense pleasure. To get the best results, do this after foreplay when you are wet and aroused.
